Oh my god one of the best books I have ever read!! It was absolutely hilarious and leaves you wanting more! I love all characters and Shey is brilliant with some of the things that she comes up with!!

A must read!

All the slanderous reviews are just that.............SLANDEROUS! I just read this book and it is AWESOME!!!! The characters pull you in and you fall in love with Jameson and Sway from the first chapter. I found myself laughing out loud and relating to all the sarcasm! The way they talked to each other was so down to earth! The racing is another relatable factor as I have been around racing for 32 years. It is well written and doesn't leave you wondering about anything as it is ALL covered start to finish! Aside from being hilariously funny I shed a few tears as well. I was unable to put the book down. As for the plagiarism accusation, where's the proof? Too many books I've read have similar stories and it doesn't mean they are plagiarized! This story is too detailed and researched to have been stolen. It's a shame people are allowed to make these accusations and try to ruin someone's name and career, especially someone who actually HAS a career!!!!! I for one will continue to support and read this author!

Phillips air fryer and recipes is worthless

We have a Phillips air fryer and the recipes are worthless as it uses a different system from a center pipe. By the way the Phillips Air Fryer is an expensive toy not really worth it for the few things that it can do. Allright for one person but does not do even for servings for 2 or more. The recipe book that comes through it is too elemental or the recipes so messy as to be worthless. I have written Phillips for more recipes but they will not even answer my inquiries. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND CONTINUE TO USE YOUR STOVE TOP AND OVEN. 4 MEMBER OF OUR FAMILY RECEIVED THESE FROM THE SAME PERSON AND ALL AGREE.

About the Author
Rob Hayes recently won the Tom Erhardt Award for Most Promising Playwright. He was also shortlisted in 2013 for the BAFTA Rocliffe New Writing Forum and the Royal Exchange Theatre Hodgkiss Award with director Ned Bennett. Rob’s play STEP 9 (OF 12) ran in the West End at the Trafalgar Studios in 2012, starring Blake Harrison and directed by Tom Attenborough. It had previously been produced at the New Britannia Theatre in 2011. Also in 2011 A Butcher of Distinction received its premiere at the Cock Tavern before transferring to the King’s Head. The play then ran in 2013 at the Old 505 Theatre in Sydney and the Cockpit Theatre in London. Rob’s stageplay Selling Clive won best overall production at the Lost Theatre Festival in 2010. Rob is currently adapting STEP 9 (OF 12) as a feature film for Matt Lucas' John Stanley Productions, as well as developing an original sitcom for them. He also has an original comedy series, False Prophet, in development with Left Bank Pictures.

An Absurdly Funny One Man Black Comedy

No, the title isn't lying to you - this is a play composed entirely of a man having awkward conversations with animals with whom he's had carnal relations. And, no, my title isn't lying to you - it's hysterical.

What unfolds in these five scenes (Dog, Cat, Goat, Monkey, and Bear) is a bleakly comic tragedy perfect for fringe festivals. As Bobby attempts to navigate the adult world and negotiate the inherent loneliness of human existence through his animal affairs, we come to understand and ultimately empathize with him - a remarkable achievement.

Ron Hayes is clearly a talent to be reckoned with - he has a voice and vision that, while perhaps not fully realized yet, remains wholly original. I look forward to his coming work.

Valuable for Astute Anti-ERA Case

The best thing about this book is her case against the Equal Rights Amendment. She points out that American women stood to LOSE legal rights and privileges without gaining anything of real importance. She argues forthrightly and coherently that the ERA would have necessitated drafting women and putting them in frontline infantry combat which would have been disastrous both for the women themselves and for the military. Another good point is that, at a period in which women's sports were just getting respect and recognition, the ERA could have wiped them out. Quite simply, a women's team that can't exclude men athletes soon disappears as a women's team. She points out that full-time homemakers could be left high and dry of legal support.
She is less astute when getting into "social philosophy." Some of her sex differences are muddles and mushy misleading generalizations. Some are just plain wrong as when she says women can't enjoy sex as much as men when the truth is that we have the ability to enjoy sexuality more (while still bearing far more risks from partnered sex).

Niamh Moloney is Professor of Financial Markets Law at the London School of Economics and Political Science. She is the author of EU Securities and Financial Markets Regulation (third edition OUP 2014).

Eil�s Ferran is Professor of Company & Securities Law at the University of Cambridge and the University JM Keynes Fellow in Financial Economics. She is also a Professorial Fellow of St Catharine's College, Cambridge. Since April 2012 she has been Chair of the Law Faculty at Cambridge. She is the author of Principles of Corporate Finance Law (second edition OUP 2014, with Look Chan Ho).

Comprehensive and reader friendly book on financial economics and regulation

One of the best books on financial regulation. Avoids too much jargon and explains it where it uses it. Some basic understanding of financial economics is useful, but one can still get through the book with some reasonable comfort even if completely new to finance. It covers recent events and developments, especially post the great financial crisis of 2008, and provides good information on the latest thinking around financial regulation, how to regulate and organizationally structure financial regulation. The book also gives you both sides of the arguments and therefore does not present a single view dogmatically, although the authors do indicate which approach would probably work best. The only chapter I found hard to read is on insurance, and I think mostly because of the writing style and because the author does not get into some of technical concepts around insurance. A great book for intermediates and professionals.

Lubensky has done everyone a huge solid!!!

All I have to say is wow. As somebody who has studied Russian for upwards of ten years, I found myself at a plateau. I am able to say everything I need to and be understood, as well as understanding most of what I hear. I speak well, but there is still that not-quite-like-them barrier. This gem has done more to advance my Russian in one year than anything else the past five years combined. This has helped me better understand and use the cultural nuances of the language through idiomatic expression. This book goes far beyond idioms, as it provides everyday common sayings, all compiled in a single comprehensive volume. The price is hefty, but is worth every penny if you are serious about Russian, and especially if you feel like you have reached a stopping point in your language acquisition. Aside from having extreme practical use, this book is actually a lot of fun!!! And if my memory serves me correctly, that is why I began learning Russian in the first place. I would also recommend Stephen Marder's "Supplementary Russian-English Dictionary" as another great resource to use in conjunction with this book if you are looking to break past a plateau.

The best dictionary that I made aquanted with.

I like detailed multivariate vocabulary about idioms, proverbs and expressions that I know in Russian.
Before buying it I compared this Dictionary with several others. Quantity of analogues, comparisons etc. is much more than in any other one. Even if I cannot find some idiomatic expression I can combine it using other words in the same dictionary.
